We found a nice place to have a bowl of Thai laksa last month. This was not in our plan. We passed by Glenmarie Shah Alam after visiting the Niro Granite warehouse. Thus, we thought of having lunch nearby. Only U Restaurant has received a lot of good reviews online which is definitely worth a try.
The restaurant is a bit hidden. It is located somewhere in the factory area.
It is really hard to find Thai laksa in Klang Valley. We always have curry laksa and asam laksa but Thai laksa is uncommon. I ordered Siam laksa and it tasted better than it looked. I will recommend you all to try this if you come to the Shah Alam area.
The restaurant did not seem too busy during our visit (11.29am). My bowl of Siam laksa came pretty fast after the order was taken.
Another recommended dish by my SIL is pepper pig stomach mee/rice.
