Malaysia forest is rich with flora and fauna. I never thought of seeing it at Bukit Gasing during the hike since Bukit Gasing is located at the heart of the city. This post will be more on my photo sharing than stories telling :)
These photos were accumulated during my first hike until the last. They were not taken at the same time.
The tiny snail on the leaf. It was spotted by a lady who snapped with her DSLR. She was with her bunch of friends who were there for a photography session with nature.
Chinese calls it 四脚蛇 (monitor lizard)

Uniquely beautiful butterfly on the way to Labah-labah signboard (May 2022).
Wild mushrooms near the PJ entrance arch (They were also spotted by a gang of photographers who kept taking photos of it). A day before was a heavy downpour.

They grew in dense at the fallen tree bark. Spotted these on the way to the steel bridge.

This was a unique one. We spotted this on the way up near the trail entrance of the playground. It looked so unreal with its bright orangish colour.

I saw a lot of beautiful wild mushrooms here, especially after the heavy rain.
