IJM Land Berhad and its joint venture partner, FCW Holdings Berhad hosted a topping-up ceremony on last Friday (30 August 2019) at the rooftop of the development to mark the completion of the structural frame of Savio Multi-Generational Suites. Located in the emerging Segambut, Savio is the first of a three-phase development of Riana Dutamas, a 37-storey tower with a gross development value of RM565 million. It has to date achieved a take-up rate of 90%. With its affordable rate, strategic location, great connectivity, value propositions, it is no surprise then, that the project has piqued keen interest from home buyers and investors alike. The 1018-unit Savio remains on track for its targeted completion in 2021.

The project's great progress is attributed to the close collaboration between both the IJM Land and FCW Holdings teams, as well as our great partner in Setiakon Builders, who have worked tirelessly to get us to this point," enthused Mr Edward Chong, Managing Director of IJM Land Berhad during the ceremony.
