Pullman Putrajaya Lakeside is one of the iconic landmarks in Putrajaya. The architecture and ambiences depicts distinctly ethnic Malay, Chinese, Indian and Borneo continent. The lobby is equipped with "wireless hotspot" which extends to other parts of the hotel and each guestroom features state-of-the-art technology.
The infinity pool overlooking the panoramic view of the lake offers someone a unique swimming experience.
I will summarize my staycation in Pullman Putrajaya Lakeside Hotel from 3 perspectives which are Eat - Play- Sleep.
1. Eat
The alfresco dining concept of the restaurant, The Village offers exquisite cuisine and BBQ dinner prepared from the freshest ingredients to be enjoyed whilst basking by the lakeside.
Fish fries
mussel
vegetable lasagna
fried crab
stingray
The super huge prawn and salmon fish (additional prepared from the kitchen)
The super huge prawn is as long as my face!
Opening the shells to take off the prawn's head, I was so surprised to see the reddish stomach and hepatopancreas of the prawn. I guess you will be excited as me when you see the big river prawn!
2. Play
Pullman Putrajaya Lakeside Hotel also prepares a lot of game and activity which you will never feel bored when you staying here.
You could learn how to balance hoverboard with the assistance of hotel staff.
You can zorbing/ globe-riding with the inflatable ball at the clock tower area of the hotel.
Or else you could sit on the hovercart/gocart to have fun around with your loved one.
3. Sleep
Their rooms are designed with an immerse landscape of courtyard garden or park view. Standing shower or bathtub, 29sqm in size with LCD TV, free internet access, 15-inch safe deposit box, minibar, tea and coffee making facilities are available in the room.
We had our welcoming plate made with chocolate when we checked in the room. Well, who does not like chocolate? I finished it off the next day morning after kept a night in the fridge. (since quite full after the dinner)
The moment I saw the design of the bathroom with the bathtub next to the opening window (you could see what happened in the bathroom if the window opened), my imagination started to get wild. I think the room is suitable for a couple if you get what I mean.
It was just a night stay in Pullman Putrajaya Lakeside Hotel which is really not enough for me. I did not get time to dip into the shimmering pool in the hotel. I wish to come back for more! Hope there is a chance in the future again!
Lovely hotel. Love the welcoming plate. If my kids see it, sure finish in no time!
