Kembali Kitchen, a F&B outlet located at level 6 (same level with reception counter for check in / check out), serving buffet breakfast and lunch, daily. The restaurant is now introducing Warisan Set lunch which is available daily from 12 noon until 2.30pm. 

Priced at RM15 nett per set, diners are free to choose either Rendang Ekor, Ayam Bakar Percik Kelantan or Asam Pedas Ikan Pari. Each set comes with a standard white rice, vegetables, clear soup, keropok ikan and complimentary glass of iced lemon tea. The price is effective from 1 September 2018 and inclusive 6% service tax.

That's my asam pedas ikan pari or sour spicy stingray in English. I love the asam pedas paste as that's not spicy but savoury and appetizing.

Sumptuous buffet dinner is served at Rooftop Skyz Dine and Bar at RM110 nett per adult. The open air deck, Rooftop Skyz Dine and Bar opens from 3pm until 12 midnight. You can enjoy 40% discount if you are Maybank credit, debit and Amex card holders. After 40% reduction, you only pay for RM66 nett.

The buffet dinner is only available on every Friday and Saturday from 6.30 until 10pm. The price is effective from 1 September 2018 and inclusive 6% service tax.

Hotel facilities available includes rooftop swimming pool, fitness center, sauna and jacuzzi, function rooms, covered car park, complimentary WiFi and business center.

That's me on the treadmill at Best Western Petaling Jaya hotel's gym room trying to workout the extra calories I gained after a hearty meal at Rooftop Skyz Dine and Bar. It is comfortable enough with air-conditioner and towel is provided at the counter to wipe off the sweat. The clean towel is provided for free and must returned after use.

Carrying the small dumbbell for some light exercise to build some muscles, at the same time trying to lost the fat to build a healthy body composition.
