Ramadhan Iftar @ Intekma Resort & Convention Centre

Ever heard of Intekma? It is my first time heard of it. Intekma belongs to UITM. This 3-star concept of hotel apartment located in Shah Alam, and now they offers Ramadhan buffet as well.

This year Ramadhan buffet is held at Marquee Tent of Intekma besides the Institute of Graduate Studies building UITM. Opened since last September, the splendid facility can fit up to 1000 guests at any one time.

Featuring more than 70 local savoury dishes, this includes Fish Head Curry, Rose cooked Chicken, Daging Gulai Kawah, Briyani Rice, Pindang Fish and Sotong Masak Hitam. Also available various action stations which prepare freshly-made dishes such as Murtabak, Kambing Golek, Cucur Udang, Laksa Utara, Fried Kuey Teow and Mee Rebus.

They also serve Bubur Chacha, Sago Gula Melaka, Bubur Pulut Hitam, Agar-agar Pandan, assorted traditional kuih including a selection of fresh fruits, candies and cakes.

Come celebrate Ramadhan with an affordable price tag of RM55 for adults and RM27 for children aged between 6 and 12 years old. Enjoy special early-bird pricing at RM45 each. OKU / senior citizen can enjoy at RM49 nett. Get a family package (2 adults+ 2 kids) for RM149. UITM staff and students also could get a 10% discount.
