Even though I travel a lot locally, this is my first time setting my foot on Langkawi island. Located North West of Penang island, Resorts World Langkawi not only surrounded with picturesque views but also world-class amenities including newly renovated rooms.

The Mediterranean inspired architectural designs and its scenic waterfront boardwalk is only 25 minutes from the airport which is 15km away. Its proximity to various attractions also makes it a good option for tourists keen to explore various facets of Malaysia.
What do Resorts World Langkawi offers?

The 5-star Taman Sari Royal Heritage Spa in the resort offers Traditional Royal Javanese massages and treatments to soothe one's mind, including hand and foot therapy and aromatherapy massage.
3. Recreation
There are 2 pools for kids and adults respectively. The infinity swimming pool facing the sea is still under construction upon our visit. Those not into swimming can enjoy some hours in an open gym room using the treadmills or doing weights.
4. Lighthouse
How often you see a resort with a light house? I guess 90% of you would say no. The light house is attached with President Suite and accessible if you stay inside it. For other guests, you have to get permission from the hotel staff to go up here. It used to be an old Lighthouse and you can see that the old structure of the lighthouse is still retained. It is a very nice place to take some pre-wedding shots at the beautiful light house! 5. Dining option a plenty
Guests can rest assured they will be satisfied with the eateries at the resort. The Seagull Coffeehouse offers an extensive variety of Asian and international dishes. The coffeehouse offers all day dining and serves mainly buffet. It opens from 7am to 11pm.
Healthy food choices are available!
6. Sightseeing
One of the special things about the resort is its waterfront boardwalk. Unlike other resorts, they don't have sandy beach to build the castle. Nevertheless, the stony structure below the boardwalk attracts some unexpected guests! I saw a dark bluish to grey colour bird strolling besides the water looking for fish as lunch!
Guess what? I spotted a big sea crab at the big rocks below the boardwalk! How I wish I can go down to catch it to do bbq later xoxo
7. Sunset Cruise
What else to do when staying at the resort? Well, they can arrange a cruise tour for you! The Sunset Cruise allows guests to sail across the sea at sunset from 5pm daily. I will update more on sunset cruise on next post!
If you are planning to go Langkawi in near future, why not book a room in Resorts World Langkawi? There are some great deals for you all!

DeleteI was really unsure which room type to book, but your reviews has made it so clear and easy to choose. The non-marketing type photos are great.
