The latest attraction in Johor Bahru is the Austin Heights Water & Adventure Park. Built on 20 acres site, the theme park is located approximately 20 minutes drive from the heart of the capital city of Johor D.T. Austin Heights Water & Adventure Park consists of a few themed attractions which are Adventure Park, Water Park, Sport and Leisure Park and Enrichment Park.

The water park is built and designed by award-winning experts, Polin Waterpark from Turkey established in 1976, which has since built more than 2500 water parks projects in 93 countries. All the water slides in Water Park are built in conformity European Safety Standard for all metal structures. Equipped with safe-built and state-of-art rides equipment, water park consists of tot's pool, water play structure, 6 lane multi-slide turbulence, space boat, flying boat, uphill flying boat, black hole flying boat, swim up bar, splash pool, wave pool, lagoon, lazy river, cabanas, picnic area, snack bar and groundbreaker rock venue to guarantee fun and entertainment for all ages.

Sports and Leisure Park features Drift Kart, Indoor Trampoline Park and Ice Skating Rink. Drift Kart is an indoor drift system purposely built to create the maximum edgy drift thrill for the crazy drift enthusiasts.
Partnering with Jump Street, the indoor trampoline centre consists of Main Court, Dodge Ball Court, Slam Dunk, High-Performance Area, Foam Pit and Air Bag. Jump Street indoor trampoline park also offers healthy snacks bars and is available for events and fun classes.
