Anyone here like extreme sports? I'm going to share my recent trip to a place which provides recreation and excitement for those who are adventurous! Located in Batu Caves, Gua Damai extreme Park boasts of over 70 over climbing routes which are a place that still less known among the local. The spacious climbing area has a spotlight for night climbing, ample parking area, toilet and children playground.
Standing at the foot of a hill, I feel myself so tiny.
Upon arrival, we were told there was a base jumping show by 3 experienced base jumper. It sounds very exciting when I heard it. It was my first time watching someone doing it.
Gua Damai Extreme Park is the first and only place in Malaysia where all base jumpers can jump at the height of 316 feet from the peak of Gua Damai. To accommodate base jumping, a special platform is built for the professional base jumpers.
Base jumping is a new tourism product and hopefully more and more people get to know about it. It was fun even though I was just watching there from the bottom of the hill.
