In the mid of March, I was invited for a food review at Chatz Brasserie, PARKROYAL Kuala Lumpur. It has been a long time since the last visit. There is something new this time. With the theme "A festival of Marine Harvest and International Carvery at Chatz Brasserie", one can enjoy the most extensive spread of seafood and a variety of meat prepared in your preferred style.
During the festival, diners will be spoilt with slipper lobster, mussels, prawns and scallops on ice, Japanese selection of sashimi and sushi, grilled seafood and meat ranging from stingray, pomfret, sirloin, chicken and sausages. The seafood platters also offers a bountiful supply of smoked salmon, peppered mackerel, eel and smoked oyster.
Huhu my oyster omelette which is made upon ordering at the a la minute counter! It is a famous street food in Penang! Definitely can't miss it when I saw it here!
I just can't resist the temptation of baked oyster with spinach and baked crab pudding. xoxo
A flavourful seafood tomato soup which make me wanna have another cup of it!
Generous amount of lobster in the porridge!
"A festival of Marine Harvest and International Carvery" is available on Friday and Saturday from 6.30pm to 10.30pm. It is priced at RM128 nett per person and includes unlimited flow of juices and soft drinks. For RM168 nett per person, enjoy 3 glasses of white wine or beer along with your dinner. If you are seafood lover, the package RM 158 nett per person which you not only enjoy unlimited flow of juices and soft drinks but also entitled to 1 crab cooked in chilli, marmite, salted egg, sweet and sour, kam heong or butter style!
