A Glittering Christmas @ PARKROYAL

这是我第一次在Park Royal 享用我提早的圣诞晚餐。Park Royal 酒店是一家商业酒店，属5星级的级别。Park Royal 坐落在金河的对面以及Lot 10的旁边。

This is the first time I enjoyed my early Christmas dinner at Park Royal. Park Royal Hotel is a 5-star business hotel. Park Royal located strategically opposite Sg Wang and next to Lot 10.

餐厅的名字是Chatz Brasserie 

The name of the restaurant is Chatz Brasserie

以木为地板的设计，总会让我感觉处于家里式的。

Designed with wood floors, always make me feel like at home.

Cold Roasted Turkey

放在门口处，一进来就察觉到这只很大只的火鸡。这是只冷肉烤火鸡。

One easily spotted the turkey once entering the restaurant as it was put at the entrance there. That is specially treated cold roasted trukey.

Pan-fried Salmon  Fillet with Caviar Cream Sauce

三文鱼与鱼子奶油酱的搭配让我吃了非常开胃。怕吃生的三文鱼的人可以试这个哦！

Pan fried salmon fillet with caviar cream sauce is appetizing! Those who afraid of eating raw salmon might try this！

English Cut Roasted Beef

Chicken Schnitzel with Strawberry Balsamic

 这鸡肉咬下去软软的，但是最特别还是它的酱汁，由草莓所做，吃起来酸酸的。

The chicken schnitzel is soft in texture and the sauce strawberry balsamic tastes sour but good complements with the meat.

当然少不了我最爱吃的海鲜- 生蚝与蚌。生蚝我觉得我还不适应那生生的味道，而且里面还有沙粒；另一边厢的蚌煮得还合我意。

Oh I event found my favourite seafood here- mussel and oyster.

等待烹煮的生虾，意思是代表说我们可以在这享用最新鲜的虾咯！

Live prawn that waiting to be cooked, mean we can have freshly one in our plate.

Roasted Rosemary Potatoes

虽然是普通的菜肴，但是也是不错的。
That is a simple common dish but the taste not bad.

Buttered Brussels Sprout

球芽甘蓝在本地似乎很少见到，但是在欧洲和北美洲，它是人们餐桌上的重要蔬菜~ 尤其是一道圣诞餐桌上必不可少的美味。我很喜欢吃着蔬菜，咬起来很清脆，加上牛油，那口感很好哦！

Buttered Brussels Sprout seldom found in local but common enough to see it serving on the table during Christmas time in Europe and North America. I love having this as they aren't hard to bite but crispy to chew.

有点异想不到的是，这里竟然有点心呢！

How can the meal be complete if without dessert?

Christmas Turkey Giblet and Gizzard Quiche

  另一边还有一只被切整齐的大火鸡，但是做法不一样。

Another side, that is a nice cut big turkey but the way cooked is not same as previous one.
  

最令我喜出望外的是，这酒店竟然还有一个Fruit Juice 柜台。我们可以在柜台旁那里任意选择自己喜爱的水果，然后放去篮子内，拿给柜台的人，然后领取号码，过不久就可以拿到自己想要的果汁。

To my delight and surprise, that is a fruit juice counter at the restaurant. We can take whatever fruit available located besides the fruit juice counter, put the into the basket and pass it to the staff. Then the staff will give you a small card with number. I return to my seat continue dining and by the time I return, perhaps 5-10 mins, the drink is ready!

我的是芒果加萝卜，特别吧？相信这点子会吸引很多人去喝果汁，看着自己选择的水果一下间变成果汁喝，又不用自己动手，又可喝到最纯真最新鲜的果汁，我觉得非常棒！

The one I'm taking is mango with carrot. I like the hotel idea for having the fruit juice counter. We can have a fresh juice selection by ourselves plus somebody is making it for us. That is also a way to encourage people to be healthy by taking in more fiber for good digestion.

With a price you can’t resist, have your Christmas Lunch, take a stroll along Bintang Walk, and return at any time to continue your meal.

Scenario:

You walk in at 12:30pm for lunch, you eat until 2:00pm, then you decide to leave and go shopping. You plan to come back later at 6:00pm for dinner. So, before you leave, you get a stamp on your hand, also a stamp on your receipt, and let the staff that you will be back at 6:00pm so they can reserve a space for you. When you return, you show your stamp and the receipt with stamp to the staff to enjoy your buffet all over again.

我觉得这个非常的实惠RM108, 可以由12.30pm 中午吃到晚上10pm，吃饱午餐间中还可以到外面去走走逛逛再到回来吃晚餐，RM108包了2餐的价钱，哪里找？
