"i Anti-Cellulite" CELMONZE 美体分享会@Fresca Mexican Kitchen & Bar

上个月参与了由Sisters 中文杂志以及法国品牌Celmonze的一场“i Anti-Cellulite”部落客美体分享会，主要是传达健康塑身的重要概念。在收到邀请谏的时候，心情雀跃万分。这是我念营养学那么久以来，真正地接触到与橘皮有关连的品牌以及在场聆听品牌负责人的介绍。

Last month I participated “i Anti-Cellulite” bloggers beauty body sharing event organized by Celmonze, a brand from France and Sisters magazine, mainly to convey important concepts in health & fitness.

这场CELMONZE 美体分享会就在Gardens 里面的Fresca Mexican Kitchen & Bar 举办。

当天，Celmonze向部落客们推介塑身三步骤。“比起传统的纤体计划, 塑身三步骤是比较全面化的疗法。它设定让您的健康和身材回复之前的体型通过"Shape Up"温泉疗养计划，“Slim Up”抗橘皮治疗和'Firm Up'身体紧肤系统。相结合，这个项目可以减少身体脂肪，增加肌肉质量，排泄和解毒，同时刺激胶原蛋白和弹力蛋白的产生，”Adeline Wong Celmonze 培训经理 说道。

I agreed with Wong's say that loosing drastic weight in the shortest amount of time is discouraged as the short-term gain might lead to long-term pain. She reiterates that the key to a lasting and wholesome result is one’s health. The idea is to achieve revitalized energy and vitality, and a positive self-image by restoring the phenomenal curves of a woman.

那天生病了，肚子痛，作呕，泻肚子所以看起来有点憔悴。

I was sick that day prior to event started. Having stomachache, vomit and diarrhea at the same time, that was why I looked pale and less energetic.
