不过希望和我一样生病的人,可以注意饮食,确保碳水化合物摄取量和水分是足够的,以避免脱水问题。最好每小时可以摄取15 g的碳水化合物或者每4小时摄取45-60 g的碳水化合物。 (15 g 碳水化合物=1份碳水化合物餐量)
